BEST BETS OF THE DAY
Race 1: 2 Tootick drops in class and might be too good for this crew in a maidenrace. But the guest from Sweeden has to handle the switch to dirt.
Race 4: 6 Geist should be a big player here. Fancies the switch to dirt. Punches late in the races.
Race 5: 4 Crossroad Blues was disqualified from the victory last time out. In good form, could be a “real” winner this time. – My best chance this day, says trainer Are Hyldmo.
Race 1 (V4-1)
2 Tootick, as earlier mentioned, drops in class. 9 Twenty Legend has to be considered. Jacob Johansen in the irons, a strong jockey who won four of the races at Bro Park in Stockholm this Sunday. 4 Ruby Tuesday is a horse from champion-trainer Niels Petersen. He has an excellent record so far in 2020; ten victories at Øvrevoll. – Ruby Tuesday trains like a winner, says Petersen to Equus.

Race 2 (V4-2)
1 Sonriente did not impress last time out, a bit of a poor showing then. But back on dirt now, breaks from the inside - and the jockey is in form. 8 DJ’s Dream is debuting in 2020, could be a winner. A fast horse, will probably take the lead despite the wide draw. The course could be kind to frontrunners Wednesday. 5 Dark Money is solid in this class and should be a trio-horse.

Race 3 (V4-3/V5-1)
9 Gold Run has won on this distance and surface. An 3-4-1 from 30 starts. Stretches out to 1 mile and 4 furlongs this time. 3 Stogas Fairytale was excused last time. Watch out for this one! Will be tracking the action all the way. 4 IKC Wildcat is the outsider of the race. 53 kilos and a good jockey in Malin Holmberg.

Race 4 (V4-4/V5-2)
6 Geist fancies the switch to dirt and is knocking on the door. Sandro De Paiva at the controls, he has five victories at Øvrevoll so far this year. 3 Buffalo Soldier was a winner last time out. Could make a bid for two straight victories. 8 Queen’s Delight is dropped. Breaks slowly, but a strong finisher.

4 Crossroad Blues was disqualified from the victory last time. The best chance from trainer Are Hyldmo Wednesday. 2 Kildare is a possible winner. - My best chance, says trainer Niels Petersen. His first jockey Carlos Lopez is suspended, Oliver Wilson rides this one, he is the champion-jockey in Denmark. 3 Hampus G from trainer Cathrine Erichsen looks good in every race and should be considered in this class.

Race 6 (V5-4)
3 Eternal Flame is a fast horse and shopping from the right distance and surface: Back on 1100 meters and dirt, a winner on this last time. 6 Rock Dancer is also a horse with a lot of speed. 6-11-9 from 68 starts. 1 Cardhu is interesting. Unexperienced in this company, but a promising horse. Sharpened up with blinkers this time! Could be the pick of the day.

Race 7 (V5-5)
1 Mongolian Navy is back on dirt, six lengths clear on May 21. Could take the lead and stay there. He does not fancy a sloppy track, we mention that. 2 Two Times must be respected. Three victories last season, a horse to follow Wednesday. 3 Meandyoutwo did not impress last time as the favourite of the race. New chance now, not to be overlooked.
